We have many years of experience in obtaining debt financing in the banking sector. We work closely with banks, leasing firms, private investors, equity funds, industry experts, real estate appraisers and project monitors.

Project structuring and finance.

We offer:

evergrow. works closely with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and KUKE S.A.

We advise on obtaining financing for investment projects (foreign SPV), corporate (foreign company) or joint venture (Polish and foreign capital) in which the Polish company acts, for example, as a general contractor, main subcontractor or key supplier. The basis for obtaining such financing – export credit “buyer’s credit”, is Polish origin, min. 40% of the value of the export contract and security, apart from the project assets, with a KUKE insurance policy.

 

We provide support in obtaining financing for the purchase of a company or assets abroad, construction of production plants and sales networks outside Poland.

Our base of investment plots is updated on a regular basis, mainly with housing projects in large agglomerations in mind, but also in smaller cities with the potential for its development. We actively acquire lands for projects including apartments for rent or mixed-use facilities.

One of our priorities is to consistently build a diverse base of investment plots. Thus, we can meet the needs of investors looking for land for boutique projects from approx. sqm PUM, as well as multi-stage large-scale investments, without any limitations with regards to GLA.
